Improving Quality in Education

edICT Consulting offers specialist consultancy across the whole 11-19 sector; working with GFE colleges, sixth form colleges, schools, work-based learning and adult learning providers in England.

Our main focus is to provide practical quality improvement solutions to individual provider practices and processes.

Education consultancy
We offer the following services:
Supporting leaders and managers in application and delivery
Direct consultancy on quality improvement issues and pre and post inspection
Training on key government initiatives and policy implementation
We offer various models of working:
1:1 consultancy
Advice and support to senior and middle managers
Facilitating small workshops of providers
Organising and delivering large conferences / training sessions

We draw from more than thirteen years’ experience within the education sector (primary, secondary and FE).  This experience has included a governance role in an inner London local education authority, quality improvement roles at the Learning and Skills Council and since 2003 working directly with providers through such programmes as LSIS’s Improvement Advisory Service and LSIS/NCSL 14-19 Leadership and Management Development Programme; LSN’s Support for Success Programme and QIA’s National Teaching and Learning Programme.

A background in OfSTED area-wide inspection provides an invaluable perspective to inform providers’ progress and development.
